ABOUT the Intro to Mold, Q-n-A, and Consultation.
It is interactive: This is the starting point. You ask and I answer.
2 hours long and specific to the unique needs of you and your family.

You have worries, symptoms, history. You have heard any number of answers and recommendations and sales pitches.
I will help you find answers and options that are best for YOU. Your unique situation, needs, and way of life matter. I will provide you with the information that will help you create a healthier, safer home for you and your family.
And, I do not sell you anything - nothing. No supplements. No cleaners. No contracting. No air purifiers. No special products of any kind.
WHY? Because this way - there is zero conflict of interest. I have no reason to need you to buy more stuff from me.
The goal is to help you feel better. Now and for your future. A future where you are not overwhelmed. A future where you are confident about your decisions. A future where you are not confused. And most importantly - a future where you and your family can heal.
I will review what you know and have been told. I will discuss the important facts and knowledge about mold, health, exposure, chemistry of cleaning, methods of remediation, and the building environment that you don’t know - much will be things you did not even know you needed to know!
I will review assess important information, solutions and conditions that apply to your situation, your health, your home, your family.
The session corrects the myths and DIS-information and bad science that you’ve heard over and over but can’t make sense of what to believe or trust. Nearly everything you’ve been told is from someone who wants to sell you more STUFF. More products. More chemicals. More devices. More supplements. Not me. You pay me for information. You pay me to consider your unique situation and your unique needs.
In the Intro to Mold and Consultation session I answer as many questions as I can, as completely as I can. Even if you just want to know which vacuum cleaner to buy!
After this empowering session you will come away with a new and better perspective.

ABOUT The Virtual Walk-Around Inspection:
Uses your camera
Uses my eyes and knowledge
Most people choose to do the live virtual walk-around inspection along with the Intro to Mold. Together, using Facetime, Zoom or Messenger, we look at the details and conditions of your home.
You will show me the areas in the home that are your concerns.
We look at building methods. We look at building history.
Together, we will explore what other people have told you to be afraid of - or not.
We most likely see things, together, that others did not see or what they did not understand.

TERMS & FEES
#1. Introduction to Mold, with Q-n-A session, and Consultation: $525
Time includes collection of case history. It may require you to complete a short questionnaire and send me some information about your unique situation, including other reports, sample labs, recommendations, home inspections, occupant medical info, invoices, proposals from contractors. This is all via streaming, there is no written report unless you request.
If extra time is needed it can be purchased at time of meeting.

#2. Walk-Around Inspection:
$750
Two sessions, 2 hrs each, for both a site walk-thru and the recommendations. This is all via streaming, there is no written report unless you request.

I will teach you as much as you wish! Sometimes I’ll teach about things you didn’t even know you needed to know! And this means you are empowered.
I will address and attempt to correct the mistakes, misinformation, and errors others have told you about.

I GUARANTEE you WILL learn something you didn’t know about your home, the way to fix it, and the proper, affordable way to clean and remediate.
